You have been assigned the Peaceful Mindfulness Circuit.

What do you do when you feel anxious? The Peaceful Circuit helps to regulate your nervous system, ground you in your body and move through challenging thoughts and feelings. 

Here is your first Mindfulness Circuit.

 

To get started, we've made this a short 3m 33s piece of audio for you to enjoy. We recommend putting in some headphones and finding a quiet space before you start.

 

These Circuits will extend in time within the Light App but for now, let's just start with 3  minutes.
