I Am Peaceful

Welcome to Light's Peaceful Circuits. Your first practices are Breathwork, Gratitude and Tapping. These mindfulness circuits are helpful for you if you sometimes feel anxious. There are three levels for you to choose from, depending on your experience. Level one is 11minutes, level two is 22minutes and level three is 33minutes. Ready? Let's go.

Peaceful Circuit,  Level 1 ,  11mins

Welcome to your Peaceful Circuit level 1, three practices in 11 minutes  

 

1. Breathwork: structured breathing to change your state  

2. Gratitude: simple techniques for everyday life  

3. Tapping: a physical therapy, stimulating pressure points to create balance  

 

We recommend finding a quiet space where you can be alone and you feel comfortable closing your eyes while doing some simple physical gestures. 

Peaceful Circuit,  Level 2 ,  22mins

Just sitting down and breathing for 1 minute can help activate your parasympathetic nervous system, taking you out of fight or flight. This is your Peaceful Circuit level 2: 3 practices in just 22 minutes. Same three practices: 

 

1. Breathwork 

2. Gratitude 

3. Tapping 

 

Introducing you to different exercises to develop your skills and build your habits. You can repeat this circuit every day - or save it for a once a week treat. All you need is a calm space where you feel comfortable.
