Every Wednesday you're invited to join a free, 30min online group practice. We call it, 'A Live Circle'.
A Live Circle will introduce you to different types of mindfulness practices as well as create a space for everyone to benefit from the compounded effects of collective practice in groups.
We'll provide everything you need including a world class guide to talk you through the session.
