An invaluable part of the Light experience is regular live sessions, where you are introduced to each practice in small groups. These groups can be used to strengthen team-bonding or drawn from across teams, encouraging participants to connect with others across the organisation.
Light is currently available as a structured programme for organisations, through a priced per head subscription model.
It is a customisable product, ranging from a few pounds a month to completely bespoke and can be designed in accordance with your organisation’s objectives and goals.
