I Am Enough

Welcome to Light's Awareness Circuits. Your first practices are Meditation, Tapping and Sound. These mindfulness circuits are helpful for you if you ever feel stressed. There are three levels for you to choose from, depending on your experience. Level one is 11minutes, level two is 22minutes and level three is 33minutes. Ready? Let's go.

Awareness Circuit,  Level 1,  11mins

Welcome to your Awareness Circuit level 1, 3 practices in 11 minutes 

 

1. Meditation: find presence and peace with guided exercises 

2. Tapping:  a physical therapy, stimulating pressure points to create balance 

3. Sound: listening to sound and using your body as an instrument to change your state 

 

All you need is a quiet space where you feel comfortable making quiet sounds and simple gestures.

30 seconds of listening to sounds from nature is enough to re-set your attention span. Think what you could do with 22 minutes. It's time to discover your Awareness Circuit level 2. We'll cover:
